The ARCTON Basic is designed for industrial partners seeking a stable, efficient reverse osmosis system with uncompromising quality, but with simplified functionality. It is ideal for smaller-scale industrial applications, boiler feed water or process pre-treatment, where compact size, low investment cost, and easy commissioning are key priorities.

The ARCTON Basic series is equipped with an XLP membrane, an integrated 2-in-1 RO unit, and two conductivity meters, enabling real-time monitoring of both feed water and permeate quality.

Feed Water Requirements

The unit can only be operated safely and over the long term with drinking water quality feed water. The raw water parameters must comply with the applicable drinking water standards.

Maximum recommended values:

Water temperature: 5–40 °C
Chlorine: max. 0.1 mg/l
Hardness: max. 150 mg/l CaCO₃
Iron: max. 0.1 mg/l
Manganese: max. 0.05 mg/l
Silicate: max. 20 mg/l
COD: max. 4.0 mg/l
Hydrogen sulfide: not permitted
If these limits are exceeded, appropriate pre-treatment is required (e.g., softening, iron/manganese removal, filtration, chemical conditioning).
